Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations
 We currently ship orders across the United Kingdom, directly from our UK-based warehouse.

Processing Time
 All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before noon are often delivered the same day.

  • Orders placed after noon are typically delivered within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders £50 and above

  • Orders below £50 will incur a delivery charge, calculated at checkout

Delivery Methods
 Orders are dispatched from our London warehouse using trusted courier partners: Royal Mail, DPD, or EVRI.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
 After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

    • Billing and delivery address

    • Product name and quantity

    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor its progress.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your Loomshire purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy—risk-free and hassle-free.

    Returns
     If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days of receiving it—free of charge.
     Returned items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

    • In resalable condition

    To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@loomshire.com, and we’ll provide a free return label.

    Exchanges
     Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem—we’re happy to help with exchanges. Contact us at hello@loomshire.com within 90 days, and we’ll guide you through the process.
